Why aren't my new badges showing up?

Credly-IMG caches user profiles for up to 24 hours to improve performance.
If you recently added or updated badges on your Credly profile, the changes may take up to one day to appear on Credly-IMG.

Where can I find my Credly username?

Even if you sign in to Credly using your email address, Credly-IMG requires your profile username, not your email.
To find it, sign in to Credly and open your profile page. Your username is the part shown in the profile URL.
